Hi, I'm Frank
I founded Harrison Insights in 2017 because I saw too many research projects handed off to junior teams and too many clients wondering where the insights went. That doesn't happen here. When you work with me, you get me.
I hold a degree from the University of Pennsylvania's Wharton School, and I've spent my career studying how people make decisions. Before going independent, I spent years as a senior researcher managing accounts for major pharmaceutical companies and leading global research programs.
What I Do
End-to-end qualitative research services from study design to deliverables
Research Design
I build research programs from the ground up: defining objectives, writing screeners, developing discussion guides, and managing fieldwork. Whether you're exploring a new market, testing messages, or mapping a patient journey, I design studies that get clear, usable answers.
Moderating
I have an improvisational interviewing style that puts respondents at ease. Whether I'm talking to oncologists about treatment sequencing or patients about their diagnosis experience, I know how to push past surface-level answers without making people defensive.
Analysis & Reporting
I've spent years presenting to senior marketing executives, so I know what they need: clear stories backed by evidence, not 80-slide decks full of filler. My reports are built to drive decisions - concise, organized, and focused on what matters for your brand.
